I have the exact same problem. I tried to reinstall, delete the database, re-install database, changed the compression setting from the text area in the database properties to no compression. Now i'm using Oracle 11g. I'm not sure if it will be the same for Oracle 11g.
I tried to find a patch for fusion which has a console to fix the error by changing the compression setting, but I can't find any.
Before Fusion, I'm using Oracle9.2.

It’s official. The Australian Rugby League Commission has sanctioned a future Australian expansion team into the Hyundai A-League.
Having spent four years building a business case for the expansion, the ARLC is now able to deliver the third member to the competition that has been represented by the Western Bulldogs, Melbourne Storm and the Brisbane Roar.
Founded in 1997, Adelaide United began playing a season of top-flight soccer in the 2008/09 season and have remained in the competition since.
While at the forefront of Australian sports, the domestic game’s financial model has also traditionally been criticized for being unsustainable.
Reflecting on the current state of the game, the ARLC has committed to implementing a structural overhaul to the game in the coming years, aimed at improving the health and sustainability of the competition.
After discussing various options including a proposed merger with the FFA, the ARLC has now delivered on its promise to boost the domestic competition through a second-tier team.
A second team will be added to the current 10 teams in the A-League, raising the number of teams in the competition to 20.
Speaking to fans in Adelaide ahead of tonight’s clash with Perth Glory, CEO Damien de Bohun said, “There was so much interest in the marketplace in what we were talking about, the new business model that we want to deliver, that we just felt that it was the right thing to do.
“We’ve heard from fans that they’d be interested in getting involved in a second team, either through ownership or as fans, so that’s been part of this and we’re delighted that we can now deliver on it.”
